Frank Dennaoui

Frank has a passion for helping others, particularly in growing and achieving their dreams. Whether it is in his role as a counselor, mentor, or in giving back to the local community. Frank and the rest of the team here at Surf Side Law truly believe in the principle that givers gain.

Frank is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law. While there, Frank received the CALI Excellence award in Trademarks for the highest grade in the class, served as an executive editor on the University of San Diego International Law Journal, and made some life long friends.

After school, Frank moved back to his roots in Orange County. He has represented clients in a wide variety of legal matters including product liability, premises liability, wrongful death and negligence actions. Frank has extensive experience in civil litigation, personal injury litigation and mass tort cases. However,  his passion lies in entrepreneurship and helping to grow small businesses from formation to maturity. He also has a burning passion for charitable work and is involved in helping local non profits better serve the community.

Frank, through Surf Side Law’s Estate Planning practice, aims to serve young families and newly married couples.  Estate Planning is not just for old people and rich people. Too few young people are adequately prepared in the event of a disastrous life event. It is his goal to help these young couples and parents build the foundations of their Estate Plans now and grow with them as they grow their families and estates.

Frank strives to foster positive relationships with all of his clients. He puts an emphasis on managing client relationships, including explaining legal rights and identifying goals, and helping to explain their legal issues to them in terms they can understand.

Cesar Libanati

Cesar has been an advocate for others all his life. From tutoring at Edison elementary in Santa Ana, to teaching job readiness programs on behalf of Goodwill Industries Ventura, Cesar has never turned away from someone he could help

While living in Long Beach, California, Cesar got his first job in the immigration world. This led to Cesar enrolling at Southwestern Law School where he served two semesters as a clinician at the Southwestern Immigration Clinic.

Cesar earned his stripes working for renowned immigration attorney Ally Bolour. Cesar credits Ally for much of his immigration aptitude. He is extremely grateful for his chance to work alongside Ally. They were quite the team and worked together before, during, and after taking the bar exam.

Cesar would love to take on your case and get you the results you want at a price that make sense.
